Minutes of 2021 AGM (The 2021 AGM was held virtually) Minutes approved by the membership

Presidents Report Chris Park presented his report and it was approved by the membership

Financial Report Mary Hurst presented the Financial report and it was approved by the membership

Election of officers Chris Park was approved and continues as President

Phillippe Hugot was approved and continues as Vice President

Mary Hurst was approved and continues as Treasurer

Mike Hurst was approved and continues as Web Administrator

Web. Ian turner has stepped down as Secretary and John McLennan was approved as new Secretary.

Our thanks to Ian for all the work he has put into his position as Secretary

Graham Raw was approved and continues as a Comittee member

The membership were asked to provide suggestions for future club outings.
